So let me get this straight, you are saying that just because you have a higher Alexa ranking, you’re a better agency? So you hire a schmuck to send you bogus hits to your site which boosts your rating, who cares?

Funny thing is, if you are the number one agency, why aren’t you ranked high in google when people type in pornstar agency or any other variation for that matter. I think you need a better education on how to define yourself and your agency.. Oh, wait, you’re name is xxxjay.. Now it makes sense..

I have worked way more & better type jobs with OC then any other agency. Granted I have never went to LA direct or Shy. I feel like I would get lost in the roster of girls. Where OC keeps a smaller roster, dedicated girls, & a caring agency unlike some others…

So, you are young, naive, attractive and have decided on a career in the adult business. You need to find representation that you think will make your xxx dreams happen. You want to be a superstar, to have fans, to awards, be a penthouse pet, etc, etc…

Logically, you look at the adult talent agencies and then see LA Direct- the agency that seems to have made superstars- there’s at least 3 best new starlet award winners, a whole bunch of penthouse pets on their roster. So you think to yourself: this must be the place to be, theres GOTTA be a reason all these girls are there and are that successful. You walk into their office, it’s big and bright and has glossy magazine covers of all the girls like tory black, alexis texas, etc framed all around the office. the office itself is huge and is in the same building as Vivid. It looks professional and busy. There’s a list of the day’s shoots up on the wall and it looks very extensive. The whole place overall certainly makes a good impression when you first see it. so you sign a contract with them…almost feeling lucky and privileged to joins the ranks of those superstars. and then little by little you begin to see how his whole agency is a huge charade:

derek will turn down work for you that he thinks doesn’t pay enough. Let’s say he thinks your rate for a BG should be $1k and during one month’s time there are 6 directors calling LA direct asking to book you, and only one two of them agreeing on derek’s rate.if that happens, then all you’ll be making that month is 2k instead of 5.5k you could have made. a girl also wouldn’t be getting a phone call asking if she’ll consider taking the job with the lower rate of say 800 or 900.

so after you sign your contract with la direct at first everything goes fine and dandy, but a couple months goes by and you realize that Derek is a glorified pimp, takes the majority of your money and takes every possible opportunity to screw you out of your money. Derek is also the biggest hypocrite about STD testing. He was the first to point fingers in the last HIV breakout, while at the same time he approves girls shooting WITHOUT a test, while the test before that one was a BAD test. Say it’s a morning of a shoot and a girl calls Derek saying that she thinks she may have C or G and something’s not right with her vagina and she shouldn’t shoot that afternoon. Derek’s response will be one of the following:
a)go to the shoot then we’ll take you to the doctor afterwards (so you can knowingly give your co-star whatever STD you have since your old test is still technically clean)
b)you are lying and need to prove to me that you are not lying and then do the shoot anyways
c)don’t do the shoot, you are flakey, irresponsible, i see that you don’t take your career seriously and i’ll make sure to remember that. and of yeah you now owe a $500 kill fee

most porn girls spend money as soon as they earn it, and the prospect of losing 500 dollars instead of earning 1300 is unthinkable and unbearable. derek manipulates these vulnerable girls into doing the WRONG thing, that hurts not only them but also puts those they work with in danger. and then he’s the first one to point fingers at others in the event of an HIV outbreak?

then as time goes by you also realize that that very long extensive list of the day’s shoots you saw in the LA direct office the first day is mostly fluff, there are probably less real bookings that LA direct has per day than other smaller agencies because directors and producers absolutely HATE dealing with him.

derek is a manipulative asshole and will make you feel trapped with no way out, won’t let you out of your contract, and make it his personal priority to make you miserable and mind fuck you in every way possible while taking all of your money and making you a psychotic miserable hopeless mess.
